In 2020, the Spa-Francorchamps Run proved that sporting passion and perseverance endure even in difficult times. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the event was able to proceed with adjusted start waves, limited participant groups, and strict hygiene measures.
Participants once again took on the challenge of the legendary circuit, where the steep climb of Raidillon and the iconic passage through Eau Rouge provided sporting highlights. Although the circumstances were different from previous years, the circuit’s special appeal remained as strong as ever.
This edition thus took on extra significance. The Spa-Francorchamps Run was not only a sporting challenge but also a sign of resilience and solidarity.
